RESIDENTS will get the chance to meet a Ukip candidate standing in local elections.

Douglas Denny, the party’s prospective candidate for Drayton and Farlington ward, in Portsmouth, will conduct a speech and lead a question-and-answer session at a public meeting tomorrow.

Other Ukip representatives looking to take seats in other wards at the elections on May 22 will be there.

The meeting at Drayton Centre, in Havant Road, Drayton, starts at 7.30pm.
