A HUSTINGS is to be held for constituents wanting to find out more about their election candidates.

Holy Rood Church, in Stubbington, is holding a debate with the people seeking to gain the majority of votes at the polls on May 7 and represent Gosport in parliament.

The event will be held on Wednesday, April 22, at 7.30pm.

Conservative candidate Caroline Dinenage, the current Gosport MP, Lib Dem Rob Hylands, Labour’s Alan Durrant and Ukip’s Chris Wood have already confirmed their attendance.

Candidates will give opening and closing speeches and visitors will get to ask questions.
