REPRESENTATIVES from the police and fire services will speak at the next Community Action Team (CAT) meeting in Titchfield.

CAT meetings give residents the chance to discuss any concerns regarding their community and suggest any ideas they may have to improve their area, as well as bid for community funding.

At the next meeting on Thursday there will be an update from the local police and presentations from Insulate Hampshire and the Fire Service.

Leader of Fareham Borough Council councillor Sean Woodward said: ‘The CAT meetings are a perfect opportunity for the residents to get involved and to find out more about the things going on in their community.

‘They provide an opportunity to raise local issues and to get answers from councillors and officers.’

The meeting is at The Malt Rooms, Titchfield Community Centre at 7pm.
