Have your say

HAVE your say on council cutbacks to services for disabled children before a consultation draws to a close.

Hampshire Parent Carers Network, a volunteer-led organisation, is concerned that not enough people have had their say and it is urging people to take part.

A survey is being run by Hampshire County Council as it looks to cut its yearly budget for providing respite breaks for disabled children from £2.85m to £1m.

Anyone can take part in the consultation, which closes tomorrow. Go to www3.hants.gov.uk/disabled-children-consultation
