THOUSANDS of people have responded to a consultation over controversial bus gate bollards in Whiteley.
A total of 2,665 people had their say in a survey which asked residents if they would like to see bollards on Yew Tree Drive lowered for a six-month trial.
The survey has closed and Hampshire County Council will collate the results, which are likely to be published in March. Currently the bollards are temporarily lowered.
