COUNCIL bosses will meet on Monday to decide on cuts to the city’s children’s services.

At 10am Portsmouth City Council’s cabinet will meet in the Guildhall to decide how to allocate the Early Intervention Grant – which has suffered a 17 per cent funding reduction.

Among the services at risk are the city’s Toy Libraries and Little Steps Gym.
