A REPORT is to be published about the progress being made on the creation of a new bylaw.

Portsmouth City Council is looking to take action against people who urinate in public.

The document is being drawn up by Portsmouth City Council’s solicitor Michael Lawther.

As reported, the council announced it would axe 12 of its 25 public toilets. The report will go before the cabinet.
