PLANS for 3,500 homes will be decided upon at a special planning committee meeting.

Winchester City Council is holding a dedicated meeting on Thursday, September 10 to make a decision on the extension to the north of Whiteley.

If permitted, the scheme will see homes, new roads, two primary schools and a secondary school, plus more, built.
