PEOPLE can ask questions about the new masterplans for Portsmouth at a series of focus group events.

The two documents show what the future could hold for the city centre and the seafront and are currently on show to the public at the council’s civic offices.

A leaflet summarising the proposals has also gone out to all homes in the city and an electronic copy of the plans can be viewed online at

portsmouth.gov.uk.

People can also take part in focus groups of between 10 and 12 people to discuss the masterplans with planning and community engagement officers.

People need to have looked at the masterplan documents beforehand and will have to register at portsmouth.gov.uk/yourcouncil
