Portsmouth MP flies out to storm-hit islands on first trip as development secretary

PEOPLE are being asked to give their views on the future development of their town.

Fareham Borough Council is asking people to comment on draft plans for development such as housing, offices, shops and open space.

The council is holding public exhibitions where people can find out more about the draft plan.

They are:

· Thursday, October 25, Locks Heath Community Centre 1.30pm to 6pm

· Friday, October 26, Locks Heath Community Centre, 1.30pm to 7.30pm

· Monday, October 29, Whiteley Primary School, 1.30pm to 7.30pm

· Monday, November 5, Ferneham Hall, Fareham 1.30pm to 7.30pm

· Tuesday, November 6, Ferneham Hall, Fareham 1.30pm to 7.30pm

· Wednesday, November 7, Holy Rood Church, Stubbington 4.30pm to 7.30pm

· Thursday, November 8, Portchester Parish Hall, 1.30pm to 6.30pm

· Tuesday, November 13, Titchfield Community Centre, 1.30pm to 7.30pm
