A MEETING in Titchfield that was due to seal the fate of the village’s bus service had to be cancelled last night – because too many people turned up.

More than 150 people went to the parish rooms to voice their opinions for and against car parking on South Street, which could see the 4A bus re-routed.

Council leader Sean Woodward said he would book a larger venue in a few weeks.
