A MASTERPLAN that will decide where hundreds of new homes will be built has been submitted to the government.

After years of consultation, East Hampshire District Council has sent the report to the government for approval.

It will be scrutinised at a public examination in the autumn. The plan will decide where homes are built across Horndean, Clanfield and Rowlands Castle.
