Autumn Budget: Who will be the winners and losers?

Have your say

PLANS have been submitted for a new £1.2m recycling centre in Havant.

Hampshire County Council plans to build a new Household Waste Recycling Centre in Harts Farm Way.

The current facility, the busiest in the county, has poor access with cars regularly having to queue up along the busy road.

The project will transform the facility with a new dedicated access road, more car parking spaces and more waste container bays. Havant Borough Council is now considering the proposals.
