COUNCIL tenants in Gosport can now report repairs using their smartphones.
Kier, the maintenance company which looks after the town’s council properties, has launched a new app to help around 3,000 residents.
People can use the app to report maintenance and repairs needed on homes.
Kier’s regional managing director, Rob Leitch, said: ‘We’ve worked closely with our customers and tenant representatives to develop the app which is easy to use and allows instant and efficient reporting of a repair directly to Kier’s local call centre via a simple process.’
