PEOPLE in Gosport have said they are more impressed with a council contractor.
It’s after Kier, which works for Gosport’s council, appointed a team leader and trained its staff.
The firm contacted more than 500 tenants and leaseholders in the borough.
Satisfaction rates about getting an appointment were at 88 per cent in 2013, compared to 80 per cent in 2012.
Kier regional managing director David Mawson said: ‘At Kier customer service is a key priority for us and we recognise professional qualifications are a great way of giving our employees the tools they need.’
