VOTERS are being asked to make sure their details are correct on the electoral register ahead of local elections and Police and Crime Commissioner elections taking place across Hampshire in May 2016.

Fareham Borough Council is sending out the forms to households as part of its annual voter registration canvass.

Peter Grimwood, electoral registration officer, said: ‘Anyone who has moved recently should look out for the form and check whether they are registered.

‘If residents wish to register, they can apply at gov.uk/register-to-vote.’
