A CHARITY’S pop-up shop in a former doctor’s surgery has raised more than £11,000.

The shop, dubbed The Emporium, raised money in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support in Station Road, Wickham.

Shirley Pearce, of Macmillan Cancer Support Fareham, gave thanks to those who helped the charity.

She said: ‘We made many friends and contacts particularly with volunteers for the future.

‘We also received many goods for future sales which will raise further funds.

‘So a big thank you for all your help, it’s very much appreciated by us all.’
