A boy aged four and three-month-old baby were rescued from a locked car.

The pair had become trapped after the older child had been given the car keys and locked the doors.

Firefighters from Cosham station were called to Portsmouth Road, Cosham, at around 4pm yesterday.

The parents asked the crew to break a window to get the children out.

They had been trapped for around 30 minutes, the fire service said.
