PEOPLE in Portsmouth have the chance to become more active and lead healthier lifestyles thanks to a free activity pack.

Games4Life, a campaign launched by Change4Life, is offering everyone a free pack to promote a healthier lifestyle through the Healthy Pompey website. By filling out a questionnaire, either online or on a leaflet, you will be sent the pack in return.

Dawn Saunders, public health consultant, said: ‘There are lots of ideas and support to get families active via the Healthy Pompey website, plus a section on local activities to help your family get active and have fun together.’ Go to healthypompey.com or visit your local library.
