A SENSORY garden and a woodland park have retained an award.

Holly Hill Woodland Park and the garden in Fareham town centre have both kept their Green Flag Awards for the seventh and sixth consecutive years respectively.

The Green Flag award is a national accolade that shows visitors that the park is well maintained and well managed, with excellent facilities.

Executive member for leisure and community, Councillor Connie Hockley, said: ‘I’d like to thank everyone involved for their hard work to ensure we retain these awards in order to provide residents green spaces to enjoy in the borough.’
