LASER Quest, rugby tasters and pamper sessions will kick off three weeks of free activities to get young people active on their summer holidays.

The Access All Areas programme, for 11 to 17-year-olds, starts on Monday at 11am at Cams Alders Recreation Ground, Fareham.

A range of fun activities will be held to start the free programme.

There will be activities for youngsters to get involved in every day until Wednesday, August 13.
