PROTESTERS are set to march to show their disapproval at the resurfacing of a country trail.

The Meon Valley trail runs from West Meon to Wickham and it is undergoing a £380,000 revamp, due to finish in June.

Hampshire County Council said the work would enable more people to use it, such as wheelchair users. But protesters say the work has been done insensitively.
The protest march starts at 2pm on Sunday, meeting in the Square, Wickham.
