A HOSPITAL radio station is thanking people after receiving more than £400 in donations.

Simon Defty of Radio Haslar Hospital, which broadcasts to patients at Gosport War Memorial Hospital, says the £442 will go toward keeping the station on air.

Simon, pictured right, said: ‘Radio Haslar would like to thank all those who donated to its fundraising collection.’

He added his thanks to Scruples Hair Design, in High Street, Gosport, which let the firm use its power for a day last month.
