A SERVICE that aims to boost self-confidence among young people says that this week is important.

Champs Academy recently started running sessions at Gosport Leisure Centre in Forest Way.

With Anti-Bullying Week running from November 13 to 17 across the UK, the service is asking for anyone who is a victim of bullying to come forward to one of the sessions.

Claire Green from Champs Academy Gosport said: ‘Being bullied can have an enormous impact on both a child’s education and personal development, so coming up with strategies to deal with bullying is incredibly important.’

For more information about Champs Academy and to register for one of the sessions, people can call Claire Green on 07595 453950.
