A FOOD festival is returning to celebrate its 10th year.

Southsea Food Festival, being held this weekend, will have a range of stalls selling locally-produced food and drink.

The free event at Palmerston Road precinct will also have stalls from independent traders from restaurants in the area.

Community chef Robin Van Creveld will be in the main tent showing how street food can be easily prepared at home. He will be joined on stage by restaurateurs who will also share favourite recipes and tips. Audience members will be given food samples.

The Love Southsea Food Market will be on the Saturday, with the Hampshire Farmers’ Market on the Sunday.

The festival is on 10am until 4pm.
