A KEEN dancer has followed in her sister’s footsteps to a prestigious arts school.

Beth Relf, 17, from Portsmouth, has started studying at the Laine Theatre Arts College in Epsom, south-west London after winning a scholarship.

Beth is studying professional dance and musical theatre in a course which is designed to last for three years.

Last year she appeared as a dancer in the Kings Theatre pantomime Aladdin.

Beth’s sister, Natalie, also gained a scholarship to the college in 2007.

Both of the sisters attended the Southsea School Of Dancing, in Fawcett Road, Southsea.

The school’s staff and her fellow dancers there wished her every success for the future.
