Reader Gillian Stubbs from Portchester contacted Streetwise about a disappointing day excursion to the Tower of London.
She booked the trip with Omega after seeing an advertisement in The News to visit the Sea of Poppies First World War commemoration.
Gillian complained that the pick-up was late and on arrival in London there was a further delay while the coach driver dropped off theatre-going passengers.
This meant that the visit to the Tower had been cut short by almost two hours, missing out on the advertised free time in London and spoiling her day. Omega failed to respond, but after Streetwise got in touch she received a cheque for £20 in compensation.
