A SUMMER house was destroyed in a fire.

The 6ft by 16ft structure off Dunsbury Way in Leigh Park was engulfed in flames when two crews of firefighters from Havant and Cosham arrived.

Firefighters battled for 90 minutes to put out the fire.

The cause is unknown but no-one was at home when the fire started at 6.15pm on Saturday. No-one was injured in the blaze. Police have been informed.
