A SLICE of Disney fun came to Fareham as fundraisers dressed as Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Lucy Fitzgerald, Tim Parsons and Paul Widger dressed up for the day and hit the streets with charity buckets to raise cash for Cancer Research UK.

As reported in The News, Mr Widger, 43, his son Paul Junior, 22, who is Lucy’s partner, and Mr Widger’s brother-in-law Tim, 42, plan to cycle across Vietnam and Cambodia in January – each cycling around 50 miles a day.

The fundraisers plan to raise £10,000 to give to charity and have been doing street collections over the past few months.

Mr Widger, who was dressed as Eeyore the donkey, said: ‘It’s such a worthwhile cause.’ To donate check out justgiving.com/Paul-Parsons0.
