CELEBRATE: With vibrant performances and flamboyant costumes, Gunwharf Quays will celebrate the Chinese New Year this Sunday from 11am until 4pm. EXPLORE: Head to the Royal Navy Submarine Museum from Tuesday until Thursday. Learn the art of camouflage on Tuesday with Dazzle! and take home your own submarine. HISTORY: Discover what it was like to be a Roman at the Fishbourne Roman Palace, near Chichester, as you taste Roman food, make an oil lamp or have a go at weaving.
