TRAFFIC is backing up on parts of the M27 due to a crash.
The outer and middle lanes of junction 12 of the westbound carriageway are closed, causing severe delays.
One person is said to be trapped inside a Ford vehicle.
The other two cars involved are a Land Rover and Seat.
Two fire engines from Cosham fire station are at the scene.
A spokeswoman for Hampshire Constabulary said: ‘There has been a three-vehicle road traffic collision on the M27.
‘One person is still in the vehicle.
‘There are no updates on other injuries.’
