A SERIES of accidents and break downs across the region have caused rush hour tailbacks this morning.
A lorry broke down blocking the Newgate Lane approach to Speedfield Park at about 8am.
About an hour later a lane was briefly closed after car broke down at the A3(M) junction two for Horndean on the northbound sliproad.
And at around the same time an accident on the Castle Street roundabout in Portchester partially blocked the West Street exit causing delays.
There was also an accident on the A3 at Petersfield, closing one lane southbound just after the A272 junction.
