A 60-YEAR-OLD cyclist was taken to hospital after he collided with a car.
The man was riding his bike along Moneyfield Avenue, in Copnor, Portsmouth, when he was hit by a Vauxhall Astra at about 5.20pm yesterday.
He suffered a bruised ankle and was taken by ambulance to Queen Alexandra Hospital, in Cosham.
The road remained open and emergency services had left by 5.45pm.
Hampshire police sergeant Derek Hibbard said: ‘There were no road closures and no arrests were made.
‘The driver of the car was 
unharmed.’
