RAILWAYS

SOUTHWEST TRAINS

Work to repair a landslip at Botley is now in progress and the line should be re-opened by mid-March.

A special timetable will run on Mondays to Fridays. Long-distance passengers between London Waterloo, Woking and Portsmouth should use the through train service via Eastleigh to avoid the bus services.

On Sunday until mid afternoon trains between London Waterloo and Portsmouth via Haslemere will call at Surbiton instead of Woking, then terminate at Guildford.

A revised train service will run between Haslemere and Portsmouth Harbour.

SOUTHERN RAILWAY

Engineering work is taking place between Three Bridges and Brighton and Lewes closing all lines.

On Saturday, train services between London Victoria and Portsmouth Harbour, Southampton and Bognor Regis via Horsham.

On Sunday, train services will run between London Victoria and Three Bridges, Horsham, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth Harbour.

BUSES AND FERRIES

STAGECOACH Market Avenue in Chichester is closed. Buses will be subject to diversion until March 28.

FIRST BUS No planned disruption to services.

IOW FERRIES The Portsmouth – Ryde Catamaran Service will be disrupted as the Wight Ryder 1 is in for a refit from Monday. Visit wightlink.co.uk for a full timetable.
