A BROKEN down HGV is causing 20 minute delays on a Hampshire road this morning.

The vehicle is currently blocking the middle lane northbound on the M271 causing delays for drivers wanting to access Junction 3 of the M27.

Drivers are warned to expect delays of between 15 to 20 minutes.
