A WOMAN was taken to hospital after a car overturned in Gosport.

Police and paramedics were called to Vectis Road in Alverstoke at 10.45am yesterday.

A Ford Ka had overturned close to the junction with Burney Road.

The woman in her 20s was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital in Cosham suffering minor injuries.

The vehicle was recovered.
