DAMAGE to a ferry which struck the seabed on Tuesday is worse than first thought, according to Condor Ferries.

Commodore Clipper, which runs between Portsmouth and the Channel Islands, is now in a dry dock in Falmouth while an investigation into the damage caused continues.

All Commodore Clipper services up until July 27 have been cancelled.

Condor Ferries has asked people not to contact the firm, as its customer support teams will be contacting those whose bookings have been affected.
