Delays after crash on A27

A MAN has been treated for a leg injury after a car and a motorbike crashed.

It happened on the A27 westbound carriageway, near Highbury College, in Cosham, at 4.45pm.

A man in his 40s was being treated by an ambulance crew for a leg injury.

There are delays back to the A3 (M) after the crash near the M27, according to Romanse.

Two lanes of the A27 were closed but have since been re-opened.

A woman on a bus travelling from Havant told The News traffic is at a standstill.

She said: ‘We set off from Havant on the number 700 and have crawled from just past the Langstone Roundabout.

‘We’re on the Eastern Road flyover now and we’re at a complete standstill.

‘I have no idea when we’ll get home.

‘I left work early for an appointment, which I’ve missed now.

‘But I just hope that whoever is involved in the accident isn’t hurt.’
