RAIL passengers are still facing disrupted services due to signalling faults.
First Great Western trains services from Portsmouth Harbour to Bristol Temple Meads are being diverted via Chandlers Ford and will not be calling at Southampton Central.
This is due to signalling problems at the station, which are unrelated to the delayed signalling work that caused disruption yesterday.
Southern Railway trains from Havant to Southampton Central will be running a normal service, but passengers can expect delays of up to 10 minutes.
A spokesman for Network Rail said: ‘The signal renewal work, which ran into yesterday morning have been solved.
‘Today’s disruptions are signalling related that can happen at any time.’
