A MALE driver escaped injury after losing control of his vehicle near a Porsche garage in Portsmouth.
The 24-year-old was driving away along Western Road when his Peugeot 206 crashed into a lamppost and ended up on a bank.
Police officers and an ambulance crew attended the accident around 2.10pm.
The man, from Waterlooville, was not injured.
Recovery of the vehicle was arranged.
Meanwhile, 20 minutes later another vehicle crashed into a box operating traffic lights near the Admiral Drake pub on Mile End Road as it tried avoiding a cyclist.
The driver, a 36-year-old man from Southsea, didn’t pick up any injures and was not involved in any collision with the bicycle.
