A CAR had to be towed away after the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a wall.

The accident happened at the junction of Bedhampton Road and New Road, Havant, at 5.25am today.

Police attended after being called by the male driver who said he skidded on the road. A recovery truck to take the vehicle away.

The driver was uninjured and there was only slight damage to the wall.
