WITNESSES are being sought after two people were seriously injured in a two-car crash.

The crash happened on the A286 Birdham Road near Chichester at about 4.40pm on Wednesday and involved a head-on collision between a silver Vauxhall Astra and a silver Citroen Berlingo.

The 20-year-old male driver of the Vauxhall, from Chichester, had serious injuries and the 63-year-old woman driver of the Citroen also suffered serious injuries. Both were taken to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester. Call 101.
