A RAILWAY photographer visited to share his pictures with members of a locomotive society.

The Meon Valley Locomotive Society meets on the second Tuesday of every month in Bishop’s Waltham.

The society hosts different speakers every month and this month welcomed photographer Colin Boocock from Derby.

Originally founded 41 years ago by Barry Eagles, who is still the chairman, the society has around 50 members.

Mr Eagles said: ‘It’s a friendly society, we have good speakers and good camaraderie.’

Yearly membership costs £10, or people can attend each meeting for just £1.
