A HAVANT man has been released without charge following the death of a motorcyclist.

Scott Lewis, 32, of Town Lane, Petersfield, died after the black Kawasaki motorcycle he was riding was in collision with a white Vauxhall Corsa van on the A272 shortly before 8am on April 12.

The van driver, a 61-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, but released without charge following a police investigation.
