IF YOU have plenty to say about buses and the way they are run, then here’s your chance to be heard.
Bus operator First is looking for people to join three customer panels in Southampton, Fareham and Gosport and Portsmouth.
It is hoping the feedback from these panels will improve its services across the Solent network.
Each panel will be formed of between 10 and 15 bus passengers and they will meet on a quarterly basis to discuss any issues they may have encountered when using First buses.
Chrissie Bainbridge, general manager at First, said: ‘The main aim of the panels is to provide a forum for constructive discussion which can lead to change and input into strategic issues.’
She said that she hoped increasing the membership on the panels would be a big step in improving customer service and would make the panels more accountable and involved in planning services.
