M27 sees eastbound delays
A BREAKDOWN on the junction nine exit slip on the M27 is causing delays.
The broken down vehicle has created 30-minute traffic problems from junction nine in Whiteley back to junction seven in Hedge End.
Although the vehicle has now been cleared from lane one, drivers can expect a fair amount of stop-start traffic.
