A FAMILY had a lucky escape after the car they were travelling in overturned on the M275.
The female driver of a Citroen Picasso was taken to hospital with slight head injuries after the car overturned following a collision with the crash barrier on the M275 southbound.
It happened at just after 9pm.
Two young girls were also in the car and escaped unscathed.
The road remained closed for around an hour while emergency crews attended the scene.
Cosham fire fighter Alan Patrick said all occupants were out of the vehicle upon arrival and the girls were given trauma teddies.
