Police have closed a motorway flyover to clean up an oil spill caused by a two car accident.

The crash took place at around 10am today on the southbound M275 in Portsmouth.

Traffic is being diverted down to the roundabout underneath the closed Rudmore flyover, which is causing delays and congestion.

The Highways Agency are currently on the scene clearing the spillage.

No one was injured in the accident.
