A NATIONAL coach firm has unveiled a new timetable which sees more of its services running between Portsmouth and London.
Greyhound UK introduced the move this month in a bid to satisfy customers who want to travel to the capital more regularly.
It will now operate seven coaches to and from London Monday to Saturday and six services on a Sunday.
An extra stop has been introduced at Portsmouth Ferry Port and coach travel to and from the Isle of Wight has been improved because of Greyhound UK’s partnership with Hovertravel.
Evening coaches from London have also been introduced, with the last leaving at 11pm. Marc Reddy, commercial and business growth director for Greyhound UK, said: ‘We’ve certainly strengthened our service offering. I’m pleased that customer demand for Greyhound services to London is such that we have been able to add services.’
