Two cars were involved in a rush-hour collision on Western Way in Fareham this morning.

Police were called at 8.49am this morning to the scene, close to the town’s fire station.

The road was blocked temporarily while the cars, a Honda and a Toyota, were removed.

A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said one person was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries.

The road was reopened by 10.10am.
